In week 5 all ski-happy students from the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences will travel towards Les Arcs in the French Alps and of course you are all welcome, so mark you calendar now! ✘

The trip is the perfect cocktail of nightlife, nice slopes and party happy people, either you are a beginner or a pro on skis!
Once again we travel with UCPA, where we are living together in a UCPA sports center with ski-in and ski-out, ski rental, all meals and ski lessons included.

The price includes:
– Pre party before departure (a week before)
– Transport both ways by bus
– Full board (all meals included)
– 6.5 days ski pass
– All equipment included (ski, boots, poles/snowboard, boots)
– 10-12 hours ski lessons in all levels
– Lots of social events
– Ski reunion party (two weeks after)
The price is DKK 5.195 all included. The only thing you have to worry about is how many beers you can drink at after ski! You don’t need to cook or clean disses and can therefore use your time with all you fellow students.

✔ Preparty and reunion party
There will be a get-to-know-each-other party before departure January 29th. Furthermore the last party will be hosted in Denmark!

✔ Transport
A bus will drive us both ways.
Departure from SDU-Odense around 17.00 Friday 29^th of January with arrival in Les Arcs Saturday afternoon.
Departure from Les Arcs Saturday 6^th of February in the afternoon with arrival at Odense Sunday afternoon/night.

✔ Ski pass
6.5 days of ski pass is included. The pass is from Sunday til mid Saturday.

✔ Ski lessons
Included in the price is 10-12 hours ski lessons with pro ski instructors.
The lessons are theme bases and you can sign up the day before. Beginners get 12 hours special instruction (You can sign up for as many or few as you’d like as the lessons are volunteer).

✔ Equipment
All ski/snowboard equipment is included and is delivered at the sports center, where we live (not ski helmet). If you get tired of your skies you can change to snowboard and vice versa!
Talk to the ski delivery – they are really friendly.

✔ Full board
Included is breakfast, lunch, dinner and ice dessert.
We all eat together at the center, where there is a big eating hall. The food will be served as a buffet.
Dinner is a four courses buffet – typical a salad bar as a starter, three to four main courses and different cheeses, fruits, desserts and ice cream.
If you are a vegetarian it is no problem. (Let us know at sign up by emailing info@ucpa.dk)

✔ Events
A welcome party will be hosted Saturday and a goodbye party on Friday.
Furthermore a pub crawl will be hosted with Copenhagen University – Sports with a smaller payment.
At the UCPA center is hosted multiple events during the week e.g. pancake-, movie night etc.

✔ Accommodation
The sports center is ski-in and ski-out and has been renovated a few years ago.

✔ The city and party life
Since the wild parties are in Les Arcs 1800 we have arranged transfer from the UCPA center and back. The private bus will drive most of the night.
Everyday there will be after ski at the UCPA center.

Remember to ✘ your calender!
All students from HA, business management, HA(jur.), statskunstskab, jura, MMA, negot, journalistik, oecon, Mat.ØK and cand.merc is invited to the vacation. It is possible to invite friends from other studies or from outside of SDU.

A bit extra practical information:
> Last sign up is Friday October 9^th.
> First rate on DKK 1000 shall be paid before October 9^th
> Rest amount is December 3^rd at the latest.

Last year the vacation was sold out before deadline, so we recommend you to order as soon as possible. There are 100 spots and you secure you spot by paying the deposit/first rate on DKK 1000.
